Clinic Policies

Please review our appointment, payment and service policies before your visit.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee charged to the credit card on file.

For weekend cancellations, the fee is $100 and will be charged to the card on file.

No Show Policy

A “no show” is defined as missing your appointment.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

For weekend appointments, the no-show fee is $100 and will be charged to the card on file.

Illness Policy

You must be a minimum of 48 hours symptom-free before your appointment.
