I have been in this business since literally I have been born. My intent was never to follow through with my family legacy, but here I am loving you! When I started back in 1994, my passion began with the reward of helping people. That feeling was addicting, and I just wanted to do more of it. Now with over 30 years of experience, I still enjoy coming to work every day.

My husband, Jeff, and I have been married almost 30 years and have three children: Hunter, Deven and Kendall. We enjoy boating, as we live on a lake, and we are passionate about sunrises—but more importantly, sunsets.

Our goal in life is to enjoy every day, cruise on our boat, grill a good steak, enjoy a cold drink, and thank God for all that we have.

Operations Manager

I have been the operations manager here at Another Look since 2019, but a client for over 30 years. As a client who has experienced hair loss and wears a hair system myself, I enjoy and take great pride in helping others like myself who have or are experiencing hair loss.

Many clients are comforted knowing there is someone here who understands and knows exactly what they are going through. When I share that I also wear a hair system, people are shocked that it is so undetectable. That’s what we aim for.

I like to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently while also ensuring our clients leave here happy with newfound confidence. I am a certified Alma TED technician, educated in trichology, and also have experience with system repairs and customization.

I truly love my job—so much so that I commute from up north. Outside of work, I keep busy with kids who play ice hockey, so we’re running from rink to rink all over Michigan. During the summer, I spend as much time as I can near water and on the beach.

I began working at Another Look at just 17 years old while still in my senior year of high school. During my time here, I have worked hard to break the stigma around hair loss and build meaningful connections with my clients. My passion is for every client to leave feeling confident and empowered—with our services serving only as an enhancement to the beauty they already possess.

I am a certified Trichologist, Lash Technician, and Alma TED Technician, with years of experience as a licensed Cosmetologist and Hair Restoration & Enhancement Specialist.

When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my amazing husband—whether we’re just hanging out at home, going to church, or hitting the gym. I also enjoy cooking, bonfires with my family and friends, and of course, watching my favorite shows while I fold the laundry lol!

Hair Replacement Specialist

Kaity

Kaity is a passionate Hair Restoration and Enhancement Specialist and licensed cosmetologist dedicated to helping clients feel confident and beautiful. Since graduating from cosmetology school in 2022, Kaity has continued to grow her expertise with certifications in Alma TED, Hairskeen, hair extensions, and lash extensions. She especially loves working with color and is excited to expand her skills even further as she brings lash extension services into her portfolio.

Kaity takes pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable experience for every client while staying up to date with the latest techniques in the beauty industry. Her goal is always to listen, educate, and deliver results that leave clients feeling their absolute best.

Outside of the salon, Kaity enjoys spending time with her amazing husband and their son Hudson, who was born on Christmas Eve. Their family also includes their sweet fur baby, Honey. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her outdoors, enjoying her favorite Chinese food, or fueling up with coffee—her go-to as a busy new mom.
